My purchase didn’t unlock
Open Ganba, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. If it still doesn’t unlock, email us.
How do I cancel?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Ganba. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. The Lifetime purchase never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The word on my lock screen isn’t changing
Open Ganba once. The widget uses the words the app last gave it. If the widget is gone, long-press your lock screen, tap Customize and add Ganba again.
Where is my data?
Your words, your progress and your streak live only on your phone. There is no account. Deleting the app deletes all of it, and we cannot get it back.
Ganba sends anonymous counts of what happens in the app. You can switch that off in Settings, under Share anonymous usage data. The privacy policy has the details.
